  • Irradiation experiment with X-rays, photons, protons and heavier ions
  • Animal studies investigated I) the DNA repair protein γH2AX as a predictive marker for the intrinsic radiosensitivity, II) the local tumor control following radio(chemo)therapy, III) the cancer stem cell population of tumor cultures via a Limited Dilution Assay, IV) the immunogenicity of tumor models and V) the tumor micromilieu and hypoxia
